Beginners and Advanced Youth Gym sessions at Jags Sports Club, Saturdays, 10.30-11.15am & 11.15-noon

The success of Youth Gym for 12 - 17 year olds has been so great that we are dividing the class in to two separate sessions:


Beginners

10.30-11.15am

This is for teens that are new to the gym, need to learn about the equipment, maybe don't have as much sporting confidence or have only been to a few sessions. This is a slightly smaller class so that each person gets more attention.


Advanced

11.15am - 12pm

This is for teens that are experienced in using gym equipment, have been coming for more than a few sessions and feel confident in working more independently. This group is slightly larger.


FREE to members

?5 to Non Members
