The Shala are adding two new family yoga classes to their schedule to support offerings for the younger generation and for the families in our community. These classes are an opportunity for parents to share yoga with their children and build strong family connections.

The Shala are currently offering the first class as a free trial. Just enter the following promotional codes at check out.

10.15am Wednesdays | starts 11 May

Family Yoga - Parent & Child 4 years +

12.15pm Sundays | starts 5 June

Family Yoga - Parent & Child 8 years +

1pm Sundays | start date tbc


For those of you with babies, they are also offering a discount on Mother & Baby Yoga 6-class pass which will, for a limited time, be on offer for ?60 (usually ?75). Select the pass and enter the promotional code MumBabyDiscount at check out.


These classes run every Wednesday morning at 11am.
