From sleeping bag to duvet

My toddler keeps escaping her sleeping bag so I'm thinking it might be time to make the transition to pillow and duvet.

I'm wondering whether those cot duvet's that are zipped together with the sheet (and pillow?) are a good idea or just a waste of money? She moves around a lot in her sleep so I'm in no hurry to move her to the big bed.

We had the one from Grobag and it really was fantastic. Pricey since the duvet and pillow are not included, but it really solved the problem of him waking in the night from being cold. I would buy it again.

We moved ours out of grobags for that exact reason. We just went for duvet and pillow from mothercare and she was fine - I think she realised she could cover up if she got cold. She stayed in the cot with these for about a year before moving to the big girls bed!
