Has anyone lost a fluffy black cat? Therapia road or near?

There's a fluffy black cat that's been hanging around my garden lately(Therapia Road)and is being friendly with my cat. It's pretty pure black with longish hair and it looks a little unkempt, like it hasn't been cleaning itself, or being stroked... :-( anyone know of a cat gone missing? Message me. Kismet

I will do a.s.a.p. He was around this morning but ran away when I tried. He's definately not been taken care of as the cobwebby thing he had on his face is still there from yesterday.
