1 place left for June weekend Hypnobirthing course

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

For anyone pregnant who is due in the summer, congratulations! I hope you're having a happy pregnancy.

If you'd like to learn techniques for feeling relaxed, positive and empowered during pregnancy and birth, I have one place left for our June Hyponbirthing course which could be yours.

It will be on two Saturdays - the 11th and 18th, running from 10am till 2pm.

** Skills for pregnancy, birth and parenthood**

Hypnobirthing is not just for hippies and not just for birth. It is logical, based on the physical process your body goes through during labour. You will learn simple relaxation and breathing techniques, develop ways to let go of stress and replace anxieties with positivity. You will find yourself looking forward to giving birth.

Please see www.hypnobirthingplace.com (also known as hypnobirthingandbeyond) for an insight into what the benefits of the hypnobirthing course are for mother, partner and baby, as well as more about me and what my lovely previous clients think. You can find out what some of them have thought on the EDF too (search for hypnobirthing SE15).

Please feel free to give me a ring on 07989587112 if you would like to ask my any specific questions and to find out more about my approach. I am always happy to chat!

The remaining place will be given on a first come, first serve basis, so please do get in touch asap to find out more and to secure your place.

** Giving Back and Feeling Good **

You can feel happy knowing that 10% of your course fee will go towards providing safer births for women in developing countries.

With best wishes for a relaxed and enjoyable pregnancy,

Zoe

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
