Welcoming Clara and Noel to the Thai-vedic team!

Some of you may have already received a massage from new Thai-vedic massage therapist Clara who I met when she was doing the same Indian Yoga massage course as me in Goa in 2014 and now happens to live in East Dulwich! As well as Indian Yoga massage Clara does Deep Tissue, Pregnancy massage, and Thai Yoga massage.

Noel, who specialises in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage will also be available for those days when the demand for massages is more than I can handle (4 clients a day is my limit!)

Mobile massage

Thai-Vedic therapist Clara is available to come to give you a massage in the comfort of your own home (provided you live in SE22 or surrounding postcodes: SE5, SE15, SE4, SE23, SE26, SE21 and SE24). There is a ?5 call out charge for this mobile massage service on top of the usual Thai-Vedic prices.

Please note that Clara doesn't have her own transport so massages at your home can take place either on your bed or living room floor (on a rug, duvet or mat). You can easily set up a serene and peaceful atmosphere in your home, just prepare the space for the massage with all you need and like: towels, music, cushions, candles, incense... and let your body & soul be relaxed and nurtured! Choose from Deep Tissue massage, Thai or Indian Yoga massage and Pregnancy massage.

Indian Head massage with Neal's Yard Rosemary & Cedarwood Hair Treatment

Knots in your shoulders are worked out with my thumbs, fists and forearms. I continue with a vigorous head massage, massage of your arms, hands and fingers followed by yogic stretches of your shoulders, elbows and wrists. N.B. this massage will leave your hair very oily so do bear this in mind when planning your day!

Rehydrating Beauty Sleep Body Cocoon

For this treatment I use Organic Coconut oil and Calamus powder to exfoliate the skin of your back, arms and legs, removing the powder by buffing your body with a dry towel.
