Does anyone know if this shop is still open on Lordship Lane (a couple along from M&S)? We’ve moved from ED now and google would suggest that it’s still open but I can’t find an email address or telephone number online. Thanks in advance -
Sorted. I don't know whether to laugh or cry, but probably laugh. A young (I think) woman - not that that's relevant - from Which Tech deduced the cause of the problem in about ten minutes or less. She didn't even need remote access. The effing brightness was turned right down. There is a function key f6 on my laptop which turns up the brightness (I had no idea it existed - I was changing the brightness in settings). Using this - when restarting again brought up the dreaded black screen - had a miraculous effect. Whatever is the opposite of SNAFU I now have it. Thanks to everyone who has been so helpful, and it just goes to show how easy it is to overlook the simplest things! -
You could try posting them on here in the for sale section? I have just started buying stuff on Vinted, but I think selling online is a bit of a faff and maybe not worth it unless they are expensive designer clothes or especially sought after, especially if you are paying someone else to do it. Apart from the admin side, it's all got to be packed up, labelled and taken to the despatch point. Unless there are ways of doing it which I don't know about!
