No buses (Forest Hill Road 21/04/16)

Anybody know why there are no buses running up and down Forest Hill Road. The bus stops are packed solid.

It's a burst water main. Temporary traffic lights are helping manage the traffic; it's therefore not at bad as yesterday, but there are still long delays to the p12/63/363

Well if the burst water main/repairs to it are on one side of the road, then there will only be half the road for traffic going two ways, therefore traffic lights will help prevent total chaos, no?
