GETTING STARTED

Each Personal Training journey starts with a free consultation. These 30-40 minute appointments give you the opportunity to discuss your health history, set goals for the long and short term, whilst taking into account your lifestyle and any potential for injury. Your body composition, blood pressure and resting heart rate will be measured to ensure your training plan is effective and safe.

Personal Training with me is results driven, informative and most importantly fun. By choosing the right elements of Pilates, Yoga and traditional Strength and Conditioning techniques each session is tailored to your goals, addresses and builds on any weaknesses and ensures you get a well balanced workout.

I am a big fan of suspension training using the TRX (not as scary as it sounds), which is a light yet very versatile piece of equipment that works the whole body and everyone can use it. There's more information on the website (above.

With over six years experience and a multitude of success stories to share drop me a line if you want to know more. I'd love to help you realise your fitness potential.

    • So glad you are sorted, Sue. Such an easy mistake for some of us to make 🙄
    • yes, it's in-between Acorn Estate agents and Portraits Male Grooming https://www.allinlondon.co.uk/directory/jewellers/242957-jewellery-buying-centre
    • Does anyone know if this shop is still open on Lordship Lane (a couple along from M&S)?  We’ve moved from ED now and google would suggest that it’s still open but I can’t find an email address or telephone number online.  Thanks in advance
    • Sorted. I don't know whether to laugh or cry, but probably laugh. A young (I think) woman - not that that's relevant -  from Which Tech deduced the cause of the problem in about ten minutes or less. She didn't even need remote access. The effing brightness was turned right down. There is a function key f6 on my laptop which turns up the brightness (I had no idea it existed - I was changing the brightness in settings). Using this - when restarting again brought up the dreaded black screen - had  a miraculous effect. Whatever is the opposite of SNAFU I now have it.  Thanks to everyone who has been so helpful, and it just goes to show how easy it is to overlook the simplest things!
