Postnatal Course in SE22

Starting in June for parents of babies aged 2 weeks to 6 months: NCT Early Days Postnatal Course.

The course is held at Christ Church Barry Road SE22 and runs for 6 daytime sessions.

Usual topics for discussion include sleeping, feeding, crying, finding time for yourself, changes in relationships, thinking about introducing solid food, returning to work, parenting styles, how to deal with advice etc.

If you are expecting a baby soon, or have a young baby, then this course could be just right for you!

People who have attended previous courses say that they valued being part of a non-judgmental group where they were free to explore topics of interest to them at this transition stage in their lives.
