Gigantic 'pots' of Honey. Please read update

Recommended Posts

For the really serious honey obsessive, normal people can look away now.

My ED bees have been relocated to Cornwall where they forage wild flower honey. The 2015 harvest of raw honey is in 50-60lb tubs where it has now naturally set as all honey does eventually. It can be warmed gently and will become liquid again, but as is, if anyone out there has a worrying honey habit they could buy a whole tub at ?3.50 a lb.

Perhaps a Honey Addicts Anonymous group would like to share??

UPDATE

Well thanks ED for such a positive response, but then it is straight from the hive good stuff.

Now the deal here is whilst happily taking on board the time expense and near death experience of anaphylactic hospitalization, for the avoidance of warming, jars, labels and stickyness, I am selling a complete tub at the wholesale price of ?3.50 lb.

The honey has set and until gently warmed will not pour into a jar but if anybody out there wants to organise a share out, I'm sure you will all be really pleased.

Later in the year I will sell 2016 liquid honey in lb jars for ?6 if the bees are willing and anyone is interested

UPDATE 10th May

To avoid further confusion, oneearth121, who has posted on this thread, has bought a tub of honey and has been willing to share so you all need to contact him for just a few pots.Enjoy!

    • Charities rely on cheques. If you have ever been to a funeral recently, there is a tendency for family/friends to request donations to charities instead of flowers Cash and cheques are usually given (funeral directors usually prefer cheques which they send off to the appropriate organisations.} if you do not operate an on line banking account- you cannot scan cheques. Banks are still sending our cheques books and paying in slips. Churches still take cheques for one off 'payment' i.e. hall hire. Hubby received a cheque from Tax Office as they had over charged him. Also a cheque from a shares company - interest on a couple of shares- under £40 for the year.
