Someone with a very tall ladder wanted

We need a collar on a drainpipe fixed. However it's on the third floor accessible only by an exceptionally long ladder. we've had a few handymen turn us down due to the height. So this is a job for someone who has a long ladder for guttering or window cleaning etc. A standard long ladder will not reach. If you think you fit the bill, please PM.
