Victorian scales with weights and Butcher's meat mincer

Both these original Victorian objects are decorative, good dressing pieces. The weighing scales with an assortment of weights is made of iron and is painted black and works perfectly. The butcher's mincer is iron, painted black and has

a wooden handle. I am not sure if it works as I have never tried it but the handle turns well. Both items are very heavy.

  Santander only allow you to scan a cheque under£1000. And believe me there are still people around Dulwich who pay for services by cheque.

  And just by coincidence I tried to scan the cheques in to my account today but the app wouldn't scan so my bank told me I would have to go to a branch or to the post office as they couldn't work out what the problem was. Hah!
