I couldn't believe banana stained cothing either. Until having a baby who loves squishing banana everywhere.

Skip, I have resorted to rinsing clothing straight away, just with warm water, before chucking it in the washing machine. you have to get the little brown pieces completed rinsed out or they turn to big brown splodges!

Am going to try the Vanish spray.

I'd like to second the Vanish Spray. All I do is spray the affected areas before I chuck it in the washer at the usual temperature. Banana stains aren't an issue with me these days but grass stains on cricket whites is another story. If Vanish can work on those stains I rest my case.:)

In this instance, there does seem to be a pattern. We had a neighbour who let her dog bark. She said "He likes barking" so didn't do anything.  She didn't like being shouted at over the gardens or her door knocked by her various annoyed neighbours, so it stopped. Just a thought.
    • They have a dress code? We looked through the window on Sunday night. Sadly it seems that  the lovely tiled floor has been replaced with something that looks like laminate, and there is some absolutely hideous wallpaper (my opinion only, I realise people have different tastes) above  the end of the bar. I can't remember what was there before the wallpaper.
    • Thanks so much Sue, I will get in touch with Noise Control and start keeping a proper record of the barking. I am actually planning to get my windows replaced, so if all else fails that should eventually help!
    • In the last few days, I’m getting 10 plus emails a day saying I need to do something urgent to my phone. I’m just deleting hesitant to unsubscribe because that might take me into a virus. but what can I do and is there a safe way of finding if it’s actually  genuine?
