Muscle needed on Friday - sorted now

I'm looking for someone to help me with cleaning up my garden this Friday. It will involve helping level earth, filling raised beds and moving some junk from back garden to front. No real skill involved other than knowing how to use a shovel - I'm just not strong enough to do myself.
