Meet Sabrina Ghayour, well know as author of Persiana (Observer best new cookbook 2014).

With her new book she brings tastes of the East to Western-style dishes in a collection of 100 delicious and accessible recipes,with an emphasis on simple ingredients and strong flavours. She will be demonstrating recipes from her new book Sirocco, talking about her food influences, and signing books.   Aria stopped a water leak in our toilet and then replaced it quickly and efficiently just before Christmas. This is the second job he’s done for us and we’re very happy with both. I can recommend Aria to anyone needing a plumber.
