Sports injury recommendations

Hi - looking for recommendations of good practitioners to help with long term back, neg and leg problems related to running and poor posture.


I've variously been recommended (and tried to different extents) physio, osteo, deep tissue massage, acupuncture and Pilates - I'm not wedded to any particular discipline but am really looking for someone who can do a good assessment and identify best option for my particular issues.
