We are looking for someone who could install a metal curved curtain rail (in a bay window). It's not technical but it's tricky so you'll need to have done it before.

...if you also have experience successfully installing IKEA ceiling light fixtures, that would be a bonus, we need that done too!

Thanks.

Good morning,

I am a motivated, reliable and well-organised person with strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills.

I am a fully qualified electrician, up to date with all current regulations and qualifications (City & Guilds 17th Edition), with more that 10 years of experience in electrical jobs and general handyman services (plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating?).

All work is completed to a high standard.

Priced work and hourly rates vary depending on the job. For a free estimate and general assessment please do not hesitate to contact me.

Also, I live in Thurlow Park Road, so very close to Rosendale Road.

    • We recently had our wooden floors sanded, filled, and varnished by Nikolay, and we’re really pleased with the results. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain our options and the finish we wanted. Nikolay was a pleasure to have around—knowledgeable, respectful of our home, tidy, and on schedule. He communicated well throughout, and the final result looks fantastic. We’d highly recommend him to anyone needing floor sanding.
    • Happy to recommend Greg. He replaced an electric shower for us, at the reasonable price agreed, with minimum fuss and no mess
    • It is hard to believe this was not considered well in advance, either by the council or by GALA. Cllr Catherine Rose is adamant she wants to monetise parks, so this is a way to justify changing the event footprint  and creates precedent for yet more changes and park event creep.
    • Those fences are around the newly created bunds. I'm assuming to protect the new planting? I know Gala said on Wednesday meeting they had to put their fences around the bunds to ensure they were not damaged,  apparently wild flowers have been planted there. The flood alleviation works was to protect houses from flooding not the park,  that area of the park always floods as lowest part with river Peck underneath.  It will be interesting to see how Gala manage if we have heavy rain in May!
