*Pet-friendly* 2-bed, top floor Victorian conversion for rent on Dunstans Road SE22

My much-loved and much-missed flat on Dunstans Road is becoming available again from June 1st as my current tenants are moving to America.

It's a top-floor, split-level Victorian conversion with original floorboards throughout and a working fireplace in the living room for cosy winter nights. Great views over London from the back. Lovely neighbours, too.

The flat comes furnished/part-furnished (we can discuss) and renters would be allowed to decorate to their own taste, within reason of course.

It's a perfect place for a couple (especially if one is a home-worker ? the back bedroom is currently being used an office), but I have no problem with renting to a pair of friends.

Private let, no agency fees. References required. Long-term (12+ months) renters only please! ?1600 pcm ono.

Happy to rent to people with pets. The flat is directly opposite Dawson's Hill, so it's absolutely perfect for dogs. Dulwich Park, Peckham Rye and the Horniman Museum & Gardens are all within a 10-minute walk.

I currently live in Istanbul so if you're interested the best way to reach me is by email ([email protected]) or to send a text or WhatsApp to my Turkish number (+90 542 655 4230) and I can call you back for free. My current tenants will most likely be the ones to show you around the flat if you want to view it.

Please note: The photos attached are from the original sale listing when I bought the flat last year. It's much the same now, only with white walls and different furniture.

Thanks,

Alan

    • Just heard 250 houses. Substation fault in Lacon Road. Hopefully may be fixed tonight 😭
    • Sorry to hear this - I hope they get the power back on soon for those affected on a night like tonight.

    • Agree and that is due to the echo-chamber nature of social media algorithms. Previously racists and other idiots wouldn't read stuff in traditional media that echoed their warped mindset but now they feel empowered because they think everyone thinks this and can easily reach those that do share the same ideology. Cast your mind back to how Blackberry Messenger was blamed for its role in the London riots back in 2011. We now have that a thousand times worse.
