It can currently fit 23/4 desks and is on the top floor of a 2 floor building.

Measurements are 20ft by 19ft so a fairly big room. You have your own personal intercom with 24 hour access to the office.

Its above a fancy salon and you have your own door buzzer.

The rent i am asking for is ?700 per month and this excludes your electric and business rates (which for small businesses you are exempt from paying)

Just to let everyone know, we still have the office space available. The current tenants are leaving due to their business is expanding so they need a bigger space to work in!
