There was a thread not so long ago about some sort of online beauty competition. One of the contestants, a local girl, posted a link and invited people to vote. Perhaps the same idea could be applied here?

If the proponents are serious: Miss Dulwich could be held as an online pageant with the winner being chosen by public votes?
