After school nanny needed in nunhead/telegraph hill area. Monday's & tuesdays

I'm looking for an after school nanny to look after my 3 boys on a Monday and Tuesday after school. Ages are 6 and twins age 2.5. Eldest needs collecting from school and twins from nursery in telegraph hill. Both a short walk from our house. Hours are 3.15-6.45 Monday's and Tuesday's. Please pm me if interested.
