Just out of curiosity, why is it unworkable ?

Once the same sort of thing was possibly said about car driving licences, yet here they are.

There's less cyclists on the road then cars and drivers so it strikes me as possible but maybe not practical

When you travel along Barry Road to the library, there's a similar sign on the left just before the lights indicating no access ahead. It's been position in such a way that it blocks the left hand turn filter until you are past it. The signs really should have a distance on them to indicate no traff...
