We are thrilled to announce that Little Stars Creche will be opening its doors on 28th April! We are so excited to bring this much-needed service to the community, and we want to thank everyone for participating in our recent survey. Your feedback was invaluable in shaping Little Stars and ensuring it meets the needs of local families. Here's what you need to know: Days & Times: Initially, Little Stars Creche will run on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Location: East Dulwich Community Centre. Duration: Each session will last for 2 hours . Future Plans: We have exciting plans to expand our services over time, including adding more days and even offering exercise classes for parents while their children are in the creche! Opening Day - A Gentle Introduction: To help your child feel comfortable and familiar with Little Stars, our first session on April 28th will be an open day. We are offering parents the opportunity to book a 45-minute slot to attend with their child, allowing them to explore the surroundings, meet our friendly staff, and get acquainted with our setup. Hi There We run an Early Years Drama Class for 3 To 5 Years on Tuesdays from 3.45pm - 4.45pm at The St Peters With St Clements Church Hall on Barry Road. Hi Leta Just saw your thread. We have a knew Glee Street Class starting at The Charter School on Thursdays from 4.30pm to 6pm. Children work in two age groups of 6 - 10 years and 10 years and over. They take a 45min Street Dance Class and 45min Glee singing class and then mix the two styles together. We have an amazing Street Dance teacher who is currently the assistant choreographer on the BBCs So You Think You Can Dance. Freedom Academy is now able to offer private drama tuition to children aged from 5 to 18 years. Children can attend sessions individually or in groups with up to three other students. Prospective pupils are able to work towards and take prestigious examinations in Speech & Drama with LAMDA which now count towards UCAS points. Students will be closely guided through one-on-one tuition and have access to teacher support at all times. Drama lessons can be structured to build an individual's self-confidence, develop speech and language skills or help with any other individual needs a child may have. During these sessions children can work towards LAMDA Examinations in Acting, Verse And Prose, Mime and Musical Theatre which can now be used to claim UCAS points for those children wishing to attend university. These sessions are fantastic opportunity for those children who prefer to work on their own or in a smaller group or as an addition to our group class for those wishing to focus and develop their skills further. Freedom Academy was created to provide quality performing arts classes and training for all children. We run regular Saturday Performing Arts and After School Classes in London for children aged 3 years to teens. As well as our extremely popular Holiday Workshops. During Freedom Academy's acting classes children will not only work towards their end of year performance but also exams from the LAMDA Examination Syllabus. These group examinations are a fun way to encourage team work, confidence and development of speech and language skills. For those children wishing attend university in the future LAMDA Examinations count towards UCAS points. We also offer private tuition to those children wishing to take solo or duet examinations.
