Thinking about buying a 1/2 bed in east dulwich as an investment, but the council blocks in the area look a bit scary, would you rent one? I have seen a number of flats in the blocks at the bottom on lordship lane (the park end)

this is why I pulled out of the over priced house i was about to buy in ED and bought a bigger house 2 minutes from Honor Oak station lol -
just bought a house in the area and will be moving down from Brixton where I've been for last 4 years. Love this forum lots of good info! caio.
