Is your lo teething? My little girl does exactly the same when she has a sore bottom from teething. The fear that the water will hurt her continues for a couple of days after her precious behind has cleared up. When it's really bad she clings onto my husband and I for dear life not wanting to go anywhere near the water so we just squeeze a wet flannel over her and down her back instead. Suzi

I have been training with Giulio for the last three months and cannot sing his praises enough. His motivation and dedicated hard work hugely increased/found my fitness level, as well as toning me up in time for my wedding in August (had baby at Christmas and hip surgery in April so there was a lot to do!). It's true, the hour in which we train goes incredibly fast. I have always been a cardio queen at the gym but being introduced to "super sets" has opened my eyes to the way in which results can be made safely. Giulio is a genuinely lovely guy who is happy to either talk you through what you're doing or join in your babble about kids if that's more your thing. Be warned...when Giulio says "and rest" after a set, he doesn't mean it. He means get up we're moving to another exercise!

If a little person lost their very cute fluffy bunny rabbit toy this afternoon whilst out and about, it's been handed into the bar staff at the EDT. I hope it finds its correct owner.... Suzilucy

Whatever you do decide to do, DO NOT GO WITH FASTKLEEN CLEANING AGENCY!!!! We had 3 cleaners over a period of 3 months, coming every 2 weeks and ended up having sentimental jewellery and an iPod pinched. To top it all off, the police had to get involved as the last cleaner got so threatening with not being paid because she didn't do the work that she was meant to!

Is this April fools?! Not another one! Gutted - the Bishop is great on a school night.

Last Monday I was riding in the bus lane up Walworth Road towards E%C and a fiesta van driven by a contract cleaner who barely spoke a word of English who was coming towards me from E&C turned right into a side road on my left, straight infront of me right across my path. My BEAUTIFUL CBR600 F has since been written off as I hit his near side front wheel and flew over the bonnet landing 10m away leaving her on the other side of the bonnet. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful out there guys. It is not us riding recklessly. It was wet and there was drizzle and I was conciously riding defensively. At least I was able to walk away. Suzi

Knew what he was on about.

Long with white lines down the middle and speed bumps every 20m or so. Cars parked on either sides with residential buildings (aka houses) along the side. stops at one end and starts at the other. you chose which one is which. hung.over.

rubbish. too loud. too expensive. too many pretty boys. too many tarted up girls. fair play to the barmen though - they were doing a sterling job serving non alcoholic alcoholic cocktails. back to the Gowlett it is then.
