    hey, are the good people of East Dulwich following the bitcoin story? how it has gone from $100, to $65k and thanks to Elon Musk dumping bitcoin and not taking it as payment for his electric cars the bitcoin price has plummeted.

  11. There was a whole page on Penge in Timeout this week. It has great shops opening, has great transport links and good sized family houses at still a reasonable price. It's a good place to get in to now or invest in.

  23. House prices continue to rise. Houses being withdrawn from sale only to be put back on the market for more money. 6 bed on cp rd sold for 1.4, withdrawn and now back on for 1.5. 2 bed flat near station sold for late 400's and back on selling for mid 500's. Happening alot.
