Are people sure its closed down??? My impression was that they were doing renovations. I think there is a sign up about carrying out repairs to the floor and ceiling.

Re..The Ferryman....i would avoid it if you are from Northern Ireland. There is a lot of very non believable stuff and wrong details...grating.

Small aside...you don't necessarily need an oyster card for the bus these days. They take contact less payment from UK debit cards.

Cazzyr, I think the crossing spot you are referring to is not the same as the OP. The OP mentioned a zebra crossing. It's definitely quite a scary road to cross.
