I thought the wrecking ball might have been the only option for my long-neglected victorian terrace, but as luck would have it I gave advanced painters of dulwich a call and I am very glad I did. The attention to detail and craftsmanship in the preparation has created a very solid finish for the whole front of the house. You can believe now that the house has a chance to keep going for another 146 years maybe.
