  1. very very good - more please!!
  2. :))))
  3. I'm with Lane Lover (again). I read this because the title was 'Dog Owners' - which I am. I have read all the threads on dog sh*t and I have not noticed any less of it around. You are wasting your time - we ALL hate it, no-one thinks, 'ooh goody another pile of dog mess'....Clearly the lazy assholes aren't readers of this forum, or they are and they don't care. But people constantly moaning about it in threads such as this as opposed to getting in touch with whomever can suposedly make a difference, really is a bit tedious.
  4. Really sorry to hear that. I have managed to avoid it in one of the most targetted roads in ED. Simply get a sign saying 'caution guard dogs'. I do have them...but even if you don't, the sign is clear, and most idiots won't try it on.....trust me. All houses around ours have been done but not ours.
  5. Beggars belief that people who are 'at home' (yet not through disability) are so busy! Feel for you...don't know what the answer is though...
  6. get a bus!! Much less stress!
  7. this'll sort it out
  8. KK - haha Puwetter - not really sure what you want anyone to say! You picked/dropped something off? Gave/collected money? this ain't eBay. Get a grip and have a coffee. Sorry, tea....
  9. See? Now another thread is needed.....;)
  10. Not tiring Bob - just tedious and boring
  11. I'm with you Lane Lover - I find these 'poo' threads tedious in the extreme as a responsible picker-upper (of my own dogs') successful dodger (of other offenders').
  12. @ KK - hahahaha
  13. Romeo Jones in the Village does the finest coffee and delish cake
  14. surely you mean weatherspoons standard at twice the price? But I agree about the Plough - shockingly bad. I had coffee and cake in Pretty's on saturday. Lovely staff, but a bit cramped and not good latte or cake. But my partner's cake was delicious so hit and miss I guess. Franklins good for pretty much anything ditto Palmerston Swadesh for curries
  15. spend more time running after her and less time posting about it. Enough dog shit already....
  16. ha ha Nic32 - love your attitude!!
  17. polla2256 is it? Dick heads like you really piss me off - hope I never have the displeasure of meeting you! DJKQ - looking forward to reading, 'Streetcat named Bob' - just been loaned it. So many kind-hearted people out there - good on you!
  18. Underhill usually not bad due to traffic. If you absolutely have to use the car, park it further away (eg on Underhill) and walk...I mean, slide to it.
  19. no gritting....kids play out on their sleds!
  20. MrsAsk - the most intelligent and helpful thing I have seen on all these threads. Have ordered mine!!!
  21. Oh goody. Not even a full week into 2013 and yet another thread about dog poo...
  22. hahaha - yes - 'good luck' if a bird shat on your head in the 70's. but that was a sort of OK-ness about...well, an animal shitting on you. When you let your animal shit and don't pick up, you deserve at the very least a gentle, "here's a bag". Sometimes that doesn't work...when they point blank refuse (that's when you catch them, mind) call Mark @ Southwark. He's great - and on a mission to sort 'em out! Multi-dog owner and shit-remover extraordinaire xx
  23. not sure Kamila is the, "clumping" sort.
