Last year we had a new Vaillant boiler fitted after our old boiler broke down and could not be repaired in the middle of winter. Mark Newlove of New Gas Boilers Ltd , together with son John , were able to install the new boiler at short notice. We really appreciated that he accommodated to do the work for us at such short notice. Well, what can I say about Mark, he was brilliant. Boiler insta!!ed, all appointment kept, prompt response to emails & phone calls & all paperwork provided after installation The new boiler has not given us any problems since it was instal!ed a year ago. A year later, today, he came & serviced the boiler. Same professionalism in all that he does. It was a pleasure seeing Mark & John again. I would highly recommend Mark Newlove of New Gas Boilers Ltd. Have just had James to fix a leak to a mains water supply pipe. He came quickly and carried out a temporary repair, followed by a permanent repair. He also fitted a new mixer tap to our kitchen sink & did some other small jobs for us. He is polite,reliable & kept us updated throughout Will use his service next time I need a plumber.
