  1. Hi, I use fixmystreet.com (and the app on my phone) to report flytipping. Not only does it flag for the council to collect, but it allows the council to have real time data for trending purposes and to use for ongoing developments and waste disposal support. My old council (Sevenoaks) were brilliant at collecting once flagged. Just a thought.
  2. opinions are like arseholes, everyone has one! Forgive me if I'm wrong but this is a forum for people to discuss topics, not to rubbish other peoples opinions. I made 1 comment about my Concerns for the park after the Gala has disappeared, on this thread, and after only making a few on the whole forum (unlike some) not everyone appears friendly. So l bid this particular thread farewell and good luck. I'm off to find a less opinionated thread.
  3. I live in The Gardens and I couldn?t hear it. That?s opposite Peckham Rye Park. Sound travels in mysterious ways it would seem. Peckham Rye Park has always been somewhat inferior to Dulwich Park and the park keepers have worked hard on making this a nice outdoor space for the local community. I dread to think what it will look like once this has all been dismantled 😏
  4. These type of break-ins appear to be rife in this area at the moment. Hopefully our local PCO is aware and are investigating cameras etc. If its the 2 thieving toe rags that were seen trying car doors last weekend/weekend before and the ones that broke into my car, I hope they get caught and quick!
  5. Hi, I agree. Keeley's stall is fab, everything is lovely and fresh and she has some unusual bits too. I may just be biased as she is my cousins best friend. She is next to Denmark Hill station Wed-Fri too and does quite a good trade there due to staff and patients using the station.
  6. Little scrotes. Controversial comment alert......how about stop thieving and get a bloody job?!
  7. About a month ago we had our car rifled through over night, fortunately we hadn?t left anything of any value in it. They seem to have stolen the service book wallet which is odd. Anyway, it happened to be the only night in history that we had forgot to lock our car, but then it usually auto-locks after 20-30 seconds anyway so not sure what happened there, as no sign of forced entry. This was in The Gardens, so they obviously do the rounds regularly. Reported to the police (had to get a crime reference number for the stolen service book to provide to our lease company) but nothing stolen. So make sure you lock your cars (we press the button a thousand times as we walk away now) and never leave anything of any value in it.
