    Thanks mustard, I find myself wandering aimlessly around the fragrance section in big shops. I find it difficult to tell whether a perfume is nice when sprayed onto a tiny piece of paper. I'll check out Calyx if I can find it!

    I want to get my girlfriend a nice bottle of perfume but there's so many to choose from. I know she really likes Stella (perfume not beer) so maybe something similar in style. She's also got Clinique happy which she likes... Any recommendations?

    I was only thinking about that car the other day. It's been there so long yet I hardly really notice it, like it's just part of the pavement and a completely normal place to be. I wonder if the person who parked it there intended to leave it there. Would anyone even notice if it was taken away. I also wonder why I've wasted so much time thinking about it...

    I've heard of people using chalk markings to target high performance vehicles, usually BMW, Mercedes or Audi etc. Probably best to hide keys, just in case. Hopefully it's nothing.

    My girlfriend and I went to Oblix Restaurant in the Shard last night for my birthday and it was the best food I've ever had. Expensive but really good. Had a drink in aquashard first and a drink in the Oblix lounge after. The only annoying thing was after paying a lot of money for our dinner we then had to pay ?5 each entertainment charge because they had a jazz singer in the lounge. We only wanted one more glass of wine!

    Anyone lucky enough to get Glastonbury tickets this morning? Unfortunately we didn't get tickets this time around but will try again in the resale next year. Might have go to a different festival next year... Heard Soundwave in Croatia is good, anyone been?

    Ha Ha! Glad it's not just me that gets annoyed at this. Some people are just rude, and some people just have no special awareness. It's made worse when they don't bother to acknowledge the fact that you just moved.

    'for goodness sake' they are bullies and their behaviour is unacceptable. Bullying little kids, swearing at parents, kicking balls into gardens and making smaller kids cry is not part of being a teenager. I don't understand why people are defending them - they sound like scumbags.

    And what's good about this route is that you can stop off at the crown and greyhound on the way back!

    Apologies if this route is in other links on this thread... I sometimes go through Dulwich village - up past toll road - down through penge to beckenham - right to west Wickham - left down coney hall - up then right to keston village to a pub called the fox for a quick drink then back again. It's about 20 miles roughly. You also have the option of continuing to Biggin hill - Tatsfield or heading to Downe from here.
