ok - so does it look like a feb night out is happening instead? 13th might be tricky for me as i'm planning a weekend away with my girlfriends before i tackle the Big Move to East Dulwich(!) but am happy to come some other time if that suits the majority.

No - I have been meaning to but always seem to be working when it's on. Is twins club on on Tues 5th? If so I may well be able to come along to that one.

Is there a date for this!? I got a bit lost in all the blokey procrastination! Twindaddy is probably as apprehensive about making friends when we move to ED in the New Year as I am (he just wouldn't admit it).

Is the 8th Jan date happening? Can I invite myself along? Twindaddy is "encouraging" me to make some friends before we move to ED in Feb (apparently when I do more "mummy" things, I am happier and moan less). Hmmmm! Well, if he's offering to babysit, I am not complaining! Can I put it in the diary?!

Wow - I've come in on all of this rather post-drama, and am mortified that I missed the party. Sounds right up my street. I hope you all had fun. I am moving to ED in Feb and to be honest am really nervous about making friends - I have 18 month old (extremely demanding) twins and (mostly for my own sanity) I am back at work almost full-time. I am a barrister, so it's not a regular 3/4 days, it's as and when the trial come-up, which can make planning really hard! I would absolutely love to get involved in any future naughty mummy events as I could really do with meeting some mummies who are equally naughty, exhausted and in need of a stiff-drink, as I am!

No idea - but I was stuck there for a good 15 mins today with 2 screaming toddlers in the back of the car... I say sort yourself out another route!
