  1. looks like you can get them everywhere apart from sainsbury's then! thanks.
  2. Thanks. My kids are in double figures, but if I do locate any, I'll be sure to have a bucket of water nearby just in case. Advice aside, does anyone know where I can buy any?!
  3. Can anyone tell me of any shops that sell fireworks? I don't want anything fancy - just a few sparklers and maybe a Catherine Wheel or two. Sainsbury's have stopped selling them.
  4. Hi, I'm considering switching to iD mobile - it works off the Three network. Does anyone use iD? Do you have good coverage in the ED area? (The network map I'm looking at suggests there might be areas where it isn't so good.)
  5. Crickey, so it goes right up to the wire! Well, I'll wait and see in that case ... thanks!
  6. Hi, anecdotally, is anybody able to say what sorts of numbers get in to kingsdale on the scholarship waiting list? We're number 50 something ... is it ridiculous to think we might still get a place?! Realise it's anything but an exact science.
  7. Brilliant service from this team - answer texts very quickly, arrive on time and work efficiently. Had a couple of fiddly jobs to do and they were great.
  8. hi, i'm thinking about upgrading to a bee - is anybody able to tell me the following: 1. if you use a lascal mini buggy board, does it still fold up ok? 2. do you need to mess about with car seat adapters ever time you attach the car seat to it, or can they stay in place? any info gratefully received!
  9. there's a good book in the library by dr richard ferber - how to solve your child's sleep problems. not that your child has a problem, but this book goes through all the difference sleep phases/patterns that babies/toddlers go through as they grow older. chances are she's just growing up a bit.
  10. thanks so much - i'll move it and see if it looks happier. ta!
  11. garden man - any advice? the leaves are falling off our magnolia grandliflora - they turn yellow then fall off from the bottom. it's only 8 ft fall or so, so only a few years old. is this normal? or could it be because we put it in a bigger pot and moved it to a slightly less sheltered position.
