RH , I cannot go into a reply in great detail as I am busy today, but briefly how efficient do you think vaccines are, It has been shown every year the efficiency of the flu vaccine given in uk haz nowhere near had thhe efficiency scientists believe is needed for herd immunity. Herd immunity. The media have been happy to blame unvaccinated children, and the usual thing of blaming where vulnerable people are concerned, regardless of the fact when live vaccines are administered the parents are told to keep there children away from immunocomprimised, ill people. Why do you think that is? I comecunder one of those category. So it works both ways rendall I suppose the difference is where you believe the source of the problem lies. Edit to say sorry for typing errors, phone, rushing

Rosetta, on this BHR link it says all British race horses as vaccinated. RH Yes it may well be a strain that vaccine does not cover, similar ro our flu jab which often does not cover the strain. Which on its own rules out and contradictscthe basis of herd immunity. https://www.britishhorseracing.com/press_releases/bha-update-regarding-equine-influenza-case/

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/sport/live/2019/feb/07/equine-flu-outbreak-racing-faces-shutdown-as-british-cards-cancelled-live-talking-horses All British race horses are vaccinated, coiuld there possibly be another reason for this outbreak ruling out unvaccinated. Herd immunity???

Uncleglen, what a scary thought you are a teacher. Admin please remove uncleglens post.
-
Sorry wrong post
-
Its not about scoring points, the fact admin has made some sorta joke (assuming thats what it was) It was in bad taste, especially considering what had went before regarding communication between admin and poster. Or am I missing the point and its just a Celt thing,
-
Rh I am no expert on make up or beauty products, but from starting with admins comments on spray tan to your fake tan comments, this product you have quoted looks more like a skin conditioner to me. And if it were "fake tan" is that a problem for you? Im intruiged, Is there a ban on certain products.
-
RH. Have you looked at the product or ingredients in your "fake tan" post above. I'm assuming your trying to make a joke, making light of the administrators out of order comment and bad attitude over all to this poster. Do you know the administer by any chance?. Belittlng comments, playground behaviour without a thought for this womans business.

Then again, I do > not know all the relevant facts so can't say for > sure. I know what the law is though and EMA's > starting point (on the authorities) is not a good > one. In the case Sidhue referred to it seemed to be i saying it was down to the leaseholder to insure against situations involving a third party. NCL contended the legal estate in land had passed to Panalpina and, therefore, the risks and benefits of the land had passed with it. Panalpina could protect themselves from risk by purchasing insurance. To apply the doctrine of frustration to leases would prejudice third party interests and, even if frustration were to apply to leases, it should only apply where there is complete destruction of the land itself. I was trying to say if the law is clear and each side is put accross, it seems it will always come down to the legality of the situation which makes the opinion at the time seem worthless. If frustration is the only point of law this can be challenged on it will be interesting to see how indivual positions will make an impact on the result.

Aw well we've always got the growth hormone fed beef to look forward to and all the other goodies lined up for us. Its almost like some bad joke from the media, scare tactics have become the norm its impossible to draw a line on real possibilities from information given at times.Old laws that sound so factual and precise but need to be represented by experts and a system that will cost how much? Maybe a good idea for a public jury on that one. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-47036119

Thanks Johnl, its interesting and brings up more questions on where the evidence, how people were thinking in 2011, which polls etc. I suppose it will come down to which evidence is produced to prove there is frustration. Who actually owns the buildin in Canary Wharf..
-
Thanks robbin, I can't see how EMA could continue without preparing for the changes and uncertainty of a no deal. The case above Sidhue has mentioned Seems similiar to what is happening with Peckham Rye business at this moment. It was mentioned it was down to the renter to insure themselves. Wouldn't an organisation like EMA be insured? The thing about law is it often loses connection with everyday people in huge cases like this. There seems to be no room to individually look at circumstances, where the outcome seems to be dettered by who is representing you.
-
The link I attached was refering to it being upheld in the context of leases albeit in a small lease of days.My mistake. Will the transcript of the court case be public, does anyone know.
-
Sorry robbin, I should have said applied to leases. Thanks I can see how it is applied in different contracts.
-
Robbin can you give any examples where it has been used more recently, thanks.

The last case where a doctine of frustration was applied was England 1903. Included in link below. https://www.rlb-law.com/briefings/property-litigation/brexit-european-medicines-agencys-frustration/
-
Isn't it crazy that this case will rest on this law of proving frustration. I remember reading the EMA moving from the UK would be included in brexit deal, and whatever payment to leave would include cost of EMA moving
-
Isn't it crazy that this case will rest on this law of proving frustration. I remember reading about the chance of the EMA continueing in UK, These decisions are obviously reached without looking at the legal standing of implications that will arise.
-
That's really interesting Keano, can't read the whole article, i'll have a look elsewhere. In 2017 it was decided the EMA could not continue in Canary Wharf and so the biddin began from european countries. It seems a reflection on how things can't be worked out when issues overlap. In the meantime the EU has taken action whilst our government do not seem to be able to agree on a level of communication.

900 jobs lost as EMA European Medical Agency closes, relocates to Amsterdam. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/politics/2019/jan/26/european-medicines-agency-closes-london-office-with-loss-of-900-jobs-brexit While our government are busy trying to appear like the have control action is being taken by the EU.

Don't make me laugh Rendal, i'd need a get out of jail free card if Joeleg had his wat, where is the basis for any understandin when There is a belief I should be locked up and who knows what restrictions may be applied to my children If some people had there way. I would say some people are most definitely a danger. Or where do you stand Rendal. Do you believe people should have a choice.
-
Lets call it a day joeleg seriously I have not imposed my opinions in fact your post above is accusing me of being responsible for all the ills a danger to humanity, you are making some very big assumptions, that are not true. However threatened you may feel by my choices I would suggest you look at how dangerous people can be when they cannot understand others view, they resort to blaming, isolating, victimising other than having respect.
-
At no point have i said my choices are superior, nor do I use homeopathy on a regular basis. Maybe Joe you need to look to yourself at your accusations. If you ever have to support a loved one that chooses a different method of healing you don't approve of you may realise to help you may have to drop your judgemental attitude. Goodbte.

Ha ha ha how ridiculous, Edited too say repeat editing is very confusing when you don't have a computer and throws a diffrent light on to peoples reactions to what was originally said.
