Hi James, I am sorry if this has been asked before. I have not read all this thread. Can you tell me if Southwark council has seen any delay in social housing repairs, especially where there is no drivers in a household. I have been told private contractors would apply for a permit, I am just interested to know if this has affected the repair service in any way. Would be interesting to hear from anyone in social housing within a CPZ. Thanks.

Rh Maximilianus may have been the first recorded concsientious objector, whether that term was used or not I don't care. You obviously feel it only applies to people who do not fall into the category of some of the insults you have thrown my way.
