Do you make online counseling therapies? I've been practicing a lot of online therapies with my specialist from Riviamind. In the beginning, it was awkward, because I couldn't see entirely my therapist, but with time passing I started to enjoy it. It's much better to be at home in your pajama and speak about problems, rather than go somewhere far from your house. It's stressful for me to leave the house for a long period of time.
