I have not met a more trust worthy individual to be left in my house to work and to top it off the work he did in our house was excellent.

I’m not sure if this is the right place for my question; mods can move it to another section if needed. Might seem like a bit of a dumb question but can I seal between a window and the wooden frame with dry seal by Dryflex? My porch has a very basic wooden frame that holds single panes of glass. I’ve noticed that water is seeping down the back of the frame and causing rot, so I need to seal around the glass to stop this from happening. I thought that perhaps something like this https://surreysashwindowspecialist.co.uk/blog/putty-alternative/ might work, but can't really tell if this is is only to seal around the frame or can be used to seal around the window itself.

My neighbor had bamboo flooring and it was like walking on a sponge. God forbid someone wore heels or stubbed their shoe on it. It got marked up beyond easily.
