Surely if Asset was American they would have stated that 'Scotland is part of the island which is known as Great Britain. It also belongs to the United Kingdom and the British Isles, which in turn belong to the United States'.

It's funny how Rugby is deemed as 'posh' over here (and I understand why, looking at the history and where it is traditionally played, etc, etc), whereas back in NZ it's the opposite, it's really an 'average mans' sport (although we don't really have a traditional class system), some of the past great All Blacks (in the days before they started getting paid to play) were farmers and the likes who spent their time in between tours back on the farms earning a living. Personally I'd sooner watch a game of Rugby than Football, but I'm biased, and it seemed that either game has it's fair share of idiots both on and off the pitch.

I'm fairly new to Trails but am finding the Leader board quite addictive and like the way it shows other competitors in real time at the top of the screen when you're going through a level (and find myself repeating levels trying to beat Mockneys time, often in vain). Just to confuse the issue my gamer name is Hudson_NZ

I'd just like to 2nd MP's recommendations of Trails HD and Shadow Complex, finding Trails very addictive (and I also find myself emitting a fair few expletives playing it, a usual side effect of the game by the sounds of it). Have fond memories of Flashback so gave Shadow Complex a go, took me a bit to get used to 2D again but having a blast with it now, had made me start digging through some other retro remakes on XBox Live, I see they have remade The Secret of Monkey Island but the trial game is pretty limited.

I have Sky, would have preferred Virgin but I am in a rented flat which already had sky installed. Love the HD+ but there is no on-demand stuff that you'd get with Virgin which I would like. Before moving to ED I had Tiscali because the landlord would only let Sky or Virgin be installed if 'it could be installed without running any cables', so in the absence of magical wireless Virgin and Sky I went to Tiscali, liked the on-demand but the whole system was very unreliable.

lol, great video clip Ted Max. What was that off? Reminds me of the Monty Python one where they talk about how hard it was growing up.. "...Coal! You were lucky, we had to eat dirt for breakfast, then walk 10 miles to school over broken glass!" As for the Americans, it seems that they believe that everyone in world should be free to have their own opinions and make their own decisions.....so long as they coincide with theirs. Maybe we should also start an American stereotyping thread? :)
