Hi Everyone My aunt had a horrible fall at East Dulwich station last Thursday on 11th April. She has suffered significant injuries and was helped by 2 kind passers by whom we would really like to thank. We also want to know if anyone saw her fall/ knows what happened as my aunt cannot recall and it would be useful for her family to know in terms of future planning. If you are or know the passers by who assisted, called paramedics and comforted her, please do reach out - we would love to thank you. Equally, if you happened to be there or see what happened please message and let me know. Thanks

Do we have a Defibrillator in East Dulwich?
MinaBallerina90 replied to monica's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I believe DMC Crystal palace road has one and would hope/ assume other GP surgeries do too. -
Hi All We had two men approach our front door yesterday with tools. One bent down while the other kept watch but noticed our video doorbell and both ran away hurriedly. I have reported to the police but just thought it was worth posting on the Forum. I will await instruction from the police before sharing any images of them.

Charity donation collection
MinaBallerina90 replied to MinaBallerina90's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
Thank you Shelly - I will give them a call and check. -
Does anyone know if any charities are collecting donations from SE22? I care for my vulnerable mother so cannot drop off to a shop easily but have a large amount to donate (3-4 large boxes of brand new goods) and wonder if anyone has any recommendations? I keep seeing icollect advertised online but recall they donate very little of the collection to charity.

Thank you for this - its really helpful. I live very close to the site and it is such an eyesore. -
I feel like Southwark council get so much wrong that unless you contact Helen or your Councillor, nothing gets done. The council really needs to be held to account. The council has finally responded to me and is investigating the matter. Lets hope they actually respond to me instead of sending my details elsewhere......

Thank you - It has been an awful experience.

Thank you.

Does anyone know who I contact about a breach of personal data within Southwark council? My sister and I have recently made 2 separate complaints to the council with regard to my last post (maggots). On 2 occasions, 2 separate employees have forwarded my details to my sister (one employee included me and one did not). In the thread that I am not included in, all of my personal details are included and the initial complaint to Helen Hayes was made by myself so why my sister was sent this information. I have responded to the email and asked for the process but this has been ignored and the individual has refused to apologize. The CEO is copied in and has remained silent. Does anyone know who I contact about this? I do not trust the council with my personal data now as they have also included complaint reference numbers that are completely different to those given to me by the complaints team. All a bit of a shambles really. Any help would be much appreciated.
