Hello all, just to add to this: Gerry did some work for us today (fixing leaks, replacing taps) no muss, no fuss very respectful and understanding: no teeth sucking, just problem fixing (as they presented themselves) strongly recommend, very swift response, very reasonable price he even called later in the day to check all was well: really respect that. his number: 07872 303925
