Hi There, Are my able to put these in the garden waste wheelie bins(brown) My bin man is a bit strange put in tree stump in there he emptied no problems.On another ocassion put dead plants in there wasn't emptied for weeks. Can anyone recommend the tip in peckham (devons rd)Will I be able to dispose of it there?No room to make into compost unfortunately.

  11. Hi All, I am looking to buy a victorian property in ED.I was told that the property was underpinned in 2006 by the agents.Is subsidence pretty normal such a property in east dulwich? Finally is it easy to insure a property with subsidence history ? How much does underpinning cost? Look forward to your views,opinions comments.

  13. Hi There, Just accepted offer on my new build flat approx 5 years old.Estate agent tells me i need to get hold of one of these for a charge of around ?80.Do I actually need one of these or are they just trying to make money from me? Kind Regards Andy
