Hi all I have a few cardboard boxes I?ve collapsed and some other random recyclables. Unfortunately, not all of it fits in the blue bin! I?ve stacked it next to the bin for the past two blue bin pick-ups, but the bin men just push it aside and only empty the bin. Is there something I need to do for them to take additional recycling? Or will they not take anything outside of the bins? Thanks
