  1. Hi, I have never used this Matt's services and I don't know anyone writing here. I just wanted to share my opinion on this: I understand a client's frustration in having paid for a job badly done, but it seems to me that the service provider, in this case Matt, fully agrees that mistakes have been made, and has even offered to redo the work at his expenses. As a freelancer I know how long it takes to build a reputation and a clientele. We are humans, and we can all make mistakes, so I find it quite unfair that, having declined the offer to have the job redone at no expenses, the client now goes and taints the provider's reputation. Of course it is understandable and totally in the client's rights to do it, but I would have appreciated if the full truth gets told when there are posts like this. It is not so common that a provider offers to redo the job for free, so I think some credit should have been given to this Matt in EastDulwich001 post. I just felt the need to express my point of view.
