Hi, does anyone know of any charities or companies that can come and clear your house to be donated for a good cause? I know the British heart foundation does but wondering if there are others? We are moving overseas and hoping to donate most of our belongings in one swoop if we can! Thanks.

Hello, we are looking for a minimum 2 bed house or flat to rent from 1 - 6th August in SE22. We are relocating to the U.S therefore want to rent somewhere close to our property for our final days as we have two kids and will be emptying our house/furniture in the final week. Does anyone have anything available? I’ve looked on Airbnb but there isn’t a lot of choice at the moment. It has to be child friendly as will have a toddler and a baby. Thanks!

Does anyone know any black cab apps or contact details for a driver? I need to take my 2 year old daughter to Harley street next week (in her pram) and think it's the best way to travel there.

My husband and I went to Park’s Edge Bar and Kitchen in Herne Hill last night for an anniversary dinner and thought it was great and highly recommend if anyone is looking for somewhere with really good food which isn’t far from East Dulwich. Thought I’d mention here in case anyone hadn’t heard of them before!

Hi, we are due baby #2 in December and trying to figure out what to do with our toddler when we go into hospital (if it falls outside of nursery hours). Are there any emergency nanny agencies or does anyone have any suggestions where we could get someone to come over with late notice (potentially a couple of hours!) either in the evening or on the weekend? Thank you!

Hello. We are planning on renting out our 3 bed Victorian house long-term from next summer. Does anyone have any recommended property managers or companies they’d personally recommend that offer full management services (or ones to avoid)? Thank you!

We live in a half house on Pellatt road and did a loft conversion a few years ago. No complaints at all! The walls on the adjoining side (the side where you share the front door) is a bit thinner than a typical Victorian home so we can hear our neighbours going up and down the stairs but otherwise it’s good.

We are really happy with Gumboots - my daughter has been there since September in the baby room and she loves it!

I think the plough pub on lordship lane.

This cat lives in the area and has had a limp for a long time, but I think he’s fine! He maybe damaged a leg a while back but nothing recent. You will always find him hanging around near the crossing of Pellatt and landcroft road, so he must live nearby.

We used Barkers of Croydon recently which were very good, prompt etc and just have booked them again. They also offer car seats.
