Hope you get it sorted yorksgirl. Can't believe that Barclays Bank would be so behind with everything. As you say they have hardly any branches left. I left school at just turned 16 in 1979 and started work up at the West Norwood branch of Barclays. My friend got a job at the Herne Hill branch. Sadly, both branches of the bank are something completely different now.
