  3. I think all dentist appointments have been cancelled since the start of the Covid situation.

Some great big green wall suddenly appeared with no prior warning in the middle of a normally used road. Who has the authority to do that?
  5. Hope you get it sorted yorksgirl. Can't believe that Barclays Bank would be so behind with everything. As you say they have hardly any branches left. I left school at just turned 16 in 1979 and started work up at the West Norwood branch of Barclays. My friend got a job at the Herne Hill branch. Sadly, both branches of the bank are something completely different now.

I'm glad you have highlighted this! In Southwark this costs around ?5,000 a year in rates alone!
  7. If you say so Sue, and not sure why you have to say 'Clutterqueen's post (just on this thread) as if I'm not allowed to post anything on the East Dulwich Forum!

Not at all Sue, I do not post to get a reaction. Just obvious facts and obviously we did not see your email to the said companies.
  9. I was responding to Sue's post of yesterday (Saturday 3rd October at 5pm). I'm not sure how I'm making stuff up but maybe you could correct me?

Is this not going a bit over the top? i.e. not opening your door to delivery drivers? The rules were relaxed a while ago on this so I'm surprised that people are still on high alert every time somebody knocks on their door.
  12. So the poor bloke that was trying and helping to deliver your shopping has just got the sack!
