Brazil has a long history of catering to their huge Japanese population. Thousands of Japanese emigrants traveled to South America to work coffee plantations in the early 20th century and now they have the largest Japanese population outside of Japan. The integration of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cultures is a big part of Brazilian cuisine today, much like "American-ized" Mexican food and "British-ized" Indian food. There are chains of Brazilian/Japanese restaurants in the US, my favorite being Sushi Samba in New York. So I'm hoping Boho, if they are a Brazilian place, will take their sushi very, very seriously. Anyone tired it yet? How are the prices?
