Seems like there is a glut of excellent indie/electronic records just out at the moment. It's taking me a while to digest them all. Deerhunter, Twin Shadow, Sufjan Stevens, Gold Panda, Luke Abbott, Glasser, No Age, Neil Young, Maximum Balloon, Salem, How to Dress Well. Also the Health and Bear in Heaven remix lps are worth checking out. Most of these are on Spotify.

Titch/KPC - That's a fine list of records. I'd throw Perfume Genius, Harvey Milk, Flying Lotus, John Grant, Surfer Blood and Hot Chip in the mix there too.

Yes yes felt-tip. I feel it's not as good as Immers 1&2, but it's pretty fine all the same. I'm listening to Matthew Dear's new one 'Black City' on Spotify. Techno/pop crossover (that sounds awful eh?). So far it's a bit patchy, but still has some dazzling moments.

Modern Lovers... That was their only release wasn't it? In that case, they can't have been a let down :) Some suggestions.. Guns n Roses - Appetite for Destruction. Not my thing really, but of its type it's a massive standout record. Arcade Fire - Funeral. They have chance now to make up for the overwrought 2nd record (lot of people like it though). Beta Band - 3 eps. What happened? Nas - Illmatic. A classic record, but aside from the odd track it's been humdrum since.
