Hello, So I'm no Badminton pro or anything, but I am intermediate and would love to find someone of a similar level to play with? Someone who can keep me on my toes - literally! I'm not entirely sure but I think Crystal Palace National Sports centre is the closest place with Badminton courts (except for Dulwich College but I don't have a membership with them). I don't have a regular Mon-Fri job so I'm free during some weekdays during the day to play (as well as the evening, but I would rather avoid the rush hour plus it'll be difficult to book courts around then - not that bothered though). Most nights between 1-5 am there's the most horrendous screeching noise that wakes me up! Is it a cat? Is it a fox? It sounds like an animal being tortured! Has anyone else heard this? It's near Sainsbury's/crystal palace road part of lordship lane. I'm just very curious to know what it is!
